If these trying times have taught us one thing that prevails, yet again, it’s that your safety is your sole responsibility: no matter what the future brings your safety remains your own to decide
No matter what tomorrow’s world looks like we can be assured of one thing there will always be bad people.
In a world where avoiding contact, touch or being too close to other people, one thing we can be sure of it’s that not only will they disregard this, but bad people will remain bad people and they will do whatever they can get away with.
How you protect yourself from these people is all on you.
Are these worrisome thoughts: yes they are…but life is never 100% risk-free, never has been and never will be.
The virus today is only another way that mother nature shows us that we live in an unsafe world and as such it comes down again to how you choose to take your own safety in hand.
Again, there will always be bad people in the world. That factor will not change so given that, in order to prepare for these hopefully avoidable scenarios your training and most importantly the fun and joy you derive from the training should not change either.
Of course, make sure that all precautions are taken: wash your hands, maintain good hygiene and do everything else to ensure that you are not a risk either to yourself or to others
Do that and your training will take care of your physical and mental health.
In the hopes of seeing you all very soon, keep training and keep smiling…even under the mask (people know you are, even if they can’t see it).[:zh]If these trying times have taught us one thing that prevails, yet again, it’s that your safety is your sole responsibility: no matter what the future brings your safety remains your own to decide
